When setting goals there are many different paths we can take to becoming a champion and succeeding in our endeavors. Here is a four step process to setting your goals.

1.) Set your vision
2.) Brainstorm your ideas
3.) Formulate what will produce the biggest results through action
4.) Pick the best ideas and put them into action

Goal setting is a process we must start with where we are to figure out where we will be going. There are many different actions and avenues which we can take to become successful with goal setting by starting with our vision and working through to a defined action plan we will be able to weed out the less productive activities and focus on those which will make us a champion.
