Shawn Casemore spent the first two decades of his career leading a variety of teams across six different industries and in roles that included Operations, Project Management, Sales, and Supply Chain Management. Throughout these experiences he learned exactly what it takes to build a strong and productive team that would consistently deliver results. Interestingly it wasn’t great leadership, it was employee empowerment and autonomy.

In 2009, with the goal of helping CEOs and Executives of mid-market companies tap into and capitalize on collaboration between their customers, employees, and suppliers, he launched Casemore and Co Inc. Today as a consultant, speaker, and author Shawn invest significant time studying top performing organizations around the world, consulting with and advising CEOs on how to build a more empowered organization in order to dramatically improve performance, create a compelling competitive advantage, and maximize profits.

Shawn worked with Fortune 500 companies such as CN Rail, Tim Horton’s, and Pepsi Co, however he invest the majority of his time working with some of the fastest growing and dynamic mid-market companies including Bellwyck Packaging, Gerson and Gerson Incorporated, and Saje Natural Wellness. Shawn also worked with franchise organizations such as Winmar Corporation and various associations that include Electricity Distributors Association and Chartered Professional Accountants

One of Shawn’s primary goals is to create a legacy that he can pass on.

In order to help create this legacy he is attempting to be everywhere by podcasting, blogging, being on podcast, writing books, newsletters, and e-books, among other things.
